Hi. I’m James, I’m one of the founders of The Coaching Company, and I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m so excited to be here to connect with you.
A bit about me:
I’ve led early stage startups, franchise expansions, and multinational brands through the pre-opening, launch, and expansion in both North America and the Middle East. My area of expertise is in the hospitality industry along with F&B, restaurants, franchises, and fitness.
I’ve owned several businesses over the years and I’ve worked with many business owners, as well. I’ve helped entrepreneurs, franchise owners, and executives as they uplevel, make lateral moves, shift, expand, and you guessed it… pivot!
Why we started The Coaching Company:
We saw a need to support fellow executives as they navigate change — whether that means changing direction or handling a change that was imposed upon them. My partners and I bring forth decades of experience mitigating risk and thriving through it. We’ve seen it all and we want to help others.
